Great post Debra! I often suggest to sellers to start packing and move it out, this always helps to de-clutter and allow for more floor, wall and counter space to be seen! This also gives the illusion of a larger space to the buyers!

I have a client with a house to sell in Decatur, GA. I would like to possibly refer her to you. I would like to get her a CMA and marketing plan for the property from 2 realtors. Then she will decide which she is most comfortable. The house is an inheritance from her father but she was on title so it should be an ‘easy transaction’. The property is almost vacant and they are willing to do some minor things if necessary. It is my understanding that the house is debt free so this is not a short sale and they are not interested in driving from Jacksonville Fl to maintain it!
