Decatur is the county seat for Dekalb county, which is one of the largest populated counties in Georgia. Emory University is located in Decatur as well as the Center for Disease Control, which is the only Federal Agency outside of Washington.

I have a client with a house to sell in Decatur, GA. I would like to possibly refer her to you. I would like to get her a CMA and marketing plan for the property from 2 realtors. Then she will decide which she is most comfortable. The house is an inheritance from her father but she was on title so it should be an ‘easy transaction’. The property is almost vacant and they are willing to do some minor things if necessary. It is my understanding that the house is debt free so this is not a short sale and they are not interested in driving from Jacksonville Fl to maintain it!
