We’re Unaccustomed to Such Cold Weather!
I’ve been talking to friends of mine in other parts of the United States that experience cold weather like we are having now. They laugh at how we cope with the cold. Schools have closed, activities postponed and stores have sold out of bread and milk. Of course, I went to the store to get mine. I always want to be prepared.
Buyers are still wanting to look at homes, but have decided that it would be better to wait until the chill factor was not so low. Everything is put on hold for a few days. This is a good time to get a good strategy, get that pre-approval completed and be ready to get one of the great “deals” that Atlanta has right now. Interest rates are low, the tax credit is available and there are many homes on the market to choose from. It might be cold outside but the opportunities are “hot”.
