Take Time for Yourself
Time passes us by so quickly. It has been a long time since I have taken the time to paint a picture, so I wanted to make this public, so that I will challenge myself to paint a better one. I never seem to like what I paint, but my husband does, so it is nice to have one fan.
I catch myself working all the time. I mean I work all the time. No joke. I love to paint and used to do pretty well at it, but haven’t taken the time to make the art that is in my heart. That is a sad thing to do. So, I am learning from my mistakes and thanks to a fellow realtor, Pat Wattam, and her sharing her paintings on Facebook, I have decided to stop, and spend some time to do the things I love to do. I love to create beautiful pictures.
Yes, I am out of practice and this is not my greatest work, but I am a novice with watercolors. I challenge myself to paint more, work smarter and enjoy the world around me.
