So, during the time your home is on the market, make sure it is cool in the summer and warm in the winter. The buyers coming through the doors will be much happier to take time and look at your home and possibly want to stay there.

Another idea to enhance the experience for the buyers looking at your home, is to have some soft music playing in the background. You don’t want it to be loud and distracting, just something soothing. Again you want the buyers to walk in the home and find reasons to stay, not run them away.
